SHIPPING POLICIES
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CTT express airmail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Packages are amply sized and your items are very well-protected in gift boxes or velvet pouches.

Please note that Soul Shards items are handmade and unique and need time to be crafted. Many orders are received weekly, therefore packages are dispatched only after 5 to 7 days business days upon receipt of payment.
Estimated delivery time (times can vary due to different factors like weather and customs):
European Zone – 7 to 10 business days
Worldwide Areas – 10 to 25 business days
SHIPPING RATES
Packages are shipped via CTT (Portuguese Carrier Service) express airmail with tracking and drop-off without signature. The standard delivery service rates are:
Europe: $3.00 + $0.50 for each additional item
Other: $4.00 + $0.50 for each additional item
