RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the time the customer receives the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

We require all items to be sent to our return address with a tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that the customer contact the chosen delivery carrier directly.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If there is a need for an exchange of an item or parts of an item, please contact us.
