Materials

• The Glow Horn is made from a secret formula of glow in the dark materials that are essentially made from environment-friendly biodegradable strong polyester. It is completely safe to wear even with people with sensitive skin. Please note that this necklace is fully handmade so each horn will have different shapes and may vary from the picture.
• The Horn’s Metal Cover is made from a mixture of hypoallergenic and nickel free alloy metals coated with a fine layer of silver.
• The Stainless Steel Chain is, as the name says, made from stainless steel which is a metal that contains a minimum of 11% chromium, a composition that prevents rust and also provides heat-resistance properties. It is mainly used in the production of medical tools and implants because it is easily sterilized, resistant to corrosion, and the safest metal for sensitive skin.

The chain being light and durable won’t get worn out with time, and because it is made from a medical grade metal, it is easy on the skin. The Glow Horn is the centerpiece and it will hold a charge for some time after being left in the light for a few minutes. It gets more powerful if charged with real sunlight, but normal house lighting will allow it to charge as well. Keep in mind that it gets weaker over time and, after the initial high glow period, it will settle to a duller glow that can be seen for some hours but only in total darkness.
